Climate change is a huge issue and many can't figure out how to make a difference. Here are some steps to address climate change on an individual, business, and city level. 

Individuals and Families:
  • Use reusable grocery bags.
  • Eat locally grown food or grow your own.
  • Buy and eat seasonal food. Support responsible growers.
  • Read labels on everything you buy.  Where did this come from? How far did it travel?
  • Don’t waste food - compost when you can.
  • Eat less meat.
  • Shop locally.  Minimize driving.
  • Support the creation of green jobs. (solar, wind, wave). Work to ensure your city works with green business and actively recruits green industries. 
  • Promote and support the Green New Deal.
  • Promote and support regenerative agricultural practices. 
  • Allow edible landscapes and participate in this practice.
  • Promote businesses that are taking action.
